The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford (2007)

Michael and Pax finally revisit Andrew Dominik's The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford, a movie that Michael liked on first viewing, but Pax didn't, and neither has seen in a very long time.

  1. Hi guys! Quick comment before my main one. Loved this episode! I remember watching this years ago. The first watch I didn’t finish. Thought it was boring. Years later watched it again and loved it! I love the old western movies yall pick but I’d definitely love to hear more modern day westerns if you guys ever have the time.

Part 2. Thank you all for the work and time you put into this podcast. This is easily my favorite podcast hands down. I’m the big Sam Elliott fan who posted about Shadow Riders last year. I was wondering if you guys were ever contemplating covering 1883? I know mini series are a lot of work for yall but I think yall would enjoy it! Warning, the main family especially the daughter is insufferable but all the parts with Sam Elliott and LaMonica Garrett are the best parts hands down. Also my birthday is April 10th coming soon. Maybe you guys would be able to cover another Sam Elliott movie for another birthday gift for me? The Sacketts short mini series is pretty good! Have a great day, sorry if this is long!
