Saw this one years ago and not a lot of it hangs on in my memory.
ReplyDeleteRory Calhoun is an interesting actor. Turns up in a decent number of westerns in a mix of villain and hero roles. He's opposite Jeff Chandler in the 1955 version of "The Spoilers"*. (And the 1942 version of this story has one of the great fist fights in westerns - John Wayne vs Randolph Scott.)
* - Should films taking place during the Alaska gold rush be called "Alaskans", or "Klondikes"? (And what would you do for a Klondike Bar?)
